Barn Conversions - 10 Years Experience

Maclennan-LSE  have been carrying out barn conversions using Delta Membranes for over 10 years. The system is successfully used on not only brick, but stone and chalk barns too. Fixings are achieved by means of ‘cob fixing’ a system that was introduced to the membrane industry by none other than Maclennan-LSE.

Our Office Barn Conversion

1. Starting with an empty shell we secure and re-lay any flooring or internal structures	2. We then line the building with a Delta Membrane and any cob fixings are installed
3. The Delta Membrane nears completion	4. Walls are then plastered, floorboards laid, electrics and plumbing are completed
