The bay of this property
was pulling away from the house causing
massive cracks inside and out. The
cracks were repaired with HELIFIX
crack stitching and beaming inside
and out.
The ends of all the joists in the
bay were decayed, therefore the joist ends were
cut back and bower beams were installed.
HELIFIX Bow ties were then installed
through the wall which held the joists
and the outside wall firmly in place.
