The Malt House
The property suffered
from penetrating damp.
LSE installed a Delta PT ventilated
cavity membrane over the property.
The walls are now completely free
from penetrating damp and still able
to breathe.
The membrane was rendered over and
decorated.
LSE guarantee the installation for
a period of ten years. The membrane
is expected to last for the life of
the building.
